Description: silicone quaternium-25 is a complex polymer formed by the reaction of glycidoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, a peg-39/ppg-6 block copolymer terminated with 2-aminopropyl groups, and n,n,n',n'-tetramethyl-1,6-hexanediamine. trimethylamine is used as a capping agent and a combination of lauric acid and acetic acid are used to neutralize residual amine groups
